Hi, I’m Humphrey.

I’m a postgraduate researcher in microbial genomics and bioinformatics, training in Ghana and contributing to the small-but-growing African genomic-surveillance community. I work on antimicrobial resistance, fermented-food microbiomes, and reproducible analysis pipelines.
